JetPak

The ultimate solution for dry, contaminant-free compressed air.

Compressed air, a reliable source of pneumatic power in many applications, is adversely affected by oil, dirt, and water. From automotive paint booths to concrete plants to general manufacturing facilities, moisture, particulate, and oil in compressed air lines contributes to lower productivity, higher operating costs and increased maintenance.

The JetPak/JP2 is a practical, cost effective solution, insuring quality compressed air - free of oil, dirt, and water. The JetPak (Oil Separator - Filter - Dryer) is a reliable, compact dryer system that is easy to install. Maintenance is straightforward with accessible valves and two spin on
desiccant cartridges.

If your applications depend on a reliable supply of clean, dry air, you may already have explored the options available and discovered that they are often unreliable, cost-prohibitive, or maintenance intensive.

The Dry-Air patent pending JetPak/JP2 is a better solution. Not just another air dryer, this ingenious 3-in-1 system typically requires less than 10% dry air for regeneration and achieves a -40° F pressure dewpoint for flow rates of 5 to 40 CFM. For compressed air needs greater than 40 SCFM, the JetPak's patent pending modular design allows for expansion to 1000 SCFM. The JP2 will operate continuously at inlet air temperatures up to 250 degrees F.

Preventative maintenance is straightforward. The molecular sieve desiccant and filters are housed within spin-on cartridges. Typically, they may be serviced within minutes. The valves may be removed and reinstalled easily.

Compact size allows for easy installation and maintenance.

Three-in-One system removes oil, contaminates, and moisture.

Straightforward design provides reliable, long-term operation.

Typically requires less than 10% regeneration air while others draw up to 20%.

Inlet air temps up to 250 degrees F.
